Our client is a large accountancy firm and their employment tax practice seeks a pay and reward specialist for broad ranging advisory work including:
*Advising clients of potential pay and benefit options (for Executives and on an All Employee Basis)
*Design and implementation of a range of structures including share based reward, salary sacrifice, flexible benefits etc.
*Providing advice to large employers in respect of PAYE and NIC matters.
*Assisting clients with HMRC investigations and liaising with the tax authorities on their behalf.
*Providing advice on the tax/NIC treatment of non-cash remuneration.
*Undertaking large projects where HMRC requirements have to be met.
*Developing expenses & benefits policies and procedures on behalf of clients.
*Supporting larger employers with the implementation of their solutions to payroll, pension auto enrolment, and flexible benefits.
*Due diligence work in order to identify any material exposure to unpaid tax/NIC which may affect the proposed transaction eg acquisitions or mergers.
*Consulting with clients on car scheme structures as well as compliance with CIS.
Would suit an ATT or CTA qiualified individual or someone who trained within PAYE within HMRC. Clear track for promotion to manager and excellent quality work.
