A well established large international PLC based in Liverpool City Centre looking for a Senior Tax Analyst. An interesting an growing business, they provide a range of complex services with the oil & gas sector operating across a number of different countries. Due to growth in their UK based finance team they are now looking to bring in specialist financial tax reporting professional who can support their ongoing group reporting cycle.

Your new role
In your new role you will report into the Group Reporting Tax Manager, this new role has been created to support the existing reporting team. You will be responsible for the coordination for various tax reporting cycle across the wider group, both in the UK and internationally. This a very varied role where you will provide a range of different tax reports working closely with the groups core tax function, external auditors, UK based / international finance teams and any other key stakeholders. Supporting with the creation and delivery of various tax reports and financial statements, you will need to ensure work is suitable under US GAPP.

This role would suit either a tax professional wanting a more varied accountancy role or a chartered accountant who wants to get involved in more tax work.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to be a qualified tax professional having gained either an ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA qualification. You should have experience with tax accounting & reporting in a previous role and be knowledge when it comes to US GAPP.
