Tax Manager

Our client, a FTSE-listed business, has partnered with Brewer Morris and is searching for a Tax Manager to join the team located in Watford. This tax job is paying up to £85,000.

This role will report directly to the Financial Director and you will be responsible for a Tax Analyst. As the Tax Manager, you will be responsible for the corporate tax compliance for the business and some other tax responsibilities include:

* Support the accuracy and timeliness of legal entity corporate tax reporting, compliance, and management analysis for UK business.
* Implement a strategy to effectively manage the long-term tax burden on the company.
* Build effective relationships within the business, HMRC and with advisors.
* Oversight of VAT and PAYE tax matters which are handled by external advisors and the Tax Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your broader skills and position yourself as a Head of Tax.

Ideally, you will be ACA and/or CTA qualified with in-house tax experience in a large business. Unfortunately, this opportunity will not offer visa sponsorship.

In return, you will receive a salary package of up to £85,000 and a host of benefits. The tax team work on a hybrid basis and travel into the office three times a week.
