The Consultancy Group are exclusively partnered with a Media Group, looking to add a Tax Manager to their growing finance team in London. The role is an Advisory heavy role with minimal elements of Compliance.

Responsibilities:

* Lead on Tax Advisory and Projects
* Identifying Tax risks and implementing solutions
* Implementing group projects including restructuring and transfer pricing
* Providing advice on R&D, VAT and changes in tax rates
* Group Tax Reporting including preparation of UK Tax
* Preparing reports for international tax and UK statutory reports
* Ensure Tax compliance throughout the business including employment tax
* Tax Budgeting and one direct report
* Reporting into the Financial Controller

Requirements:

* CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified
* Knowledge of Corporate Tax, VAT and Transfer Pricing
* Cross Boarder/International Tax experience desirable
* Right to work in the UK
* Ability to work in the Central London office 1/2 days per week

The role is based in London 1/2 days per week and is paying up to £100,000 + annual bonus.
