U.S. Tax Analyst - Zurich, Switzerland

On behalf of our prestigious Private Banking client, we are looking for a U.S. Tax Analyst to join their ever-growing Tax team based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Your key responsibilities
In your new role as U.S. Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for…
- Providing support for ongoing U.S. tax matters in regard to private equity and real estate funds, including support with tax due diligence processes, tax structures and tax provisions
- Assisting in the tax compliance process and tax reporting for investors
- Establishing and overseeing operational tax procedures and controls
- Assessment of the impact of any changes in international and domestic taxation guidelines and regulations

Requirements
We are especially interested in speaking with individuals who hold a Bachelor of Arts or Master’s degree in Tax, Finance or Accounting and a minimum of around 3 years of experience within U.S. tax, specifically with a focus on Partnership and Corporation Tax Returns. You will be required to work fully in English & German. You will have a strong understanding of international tax issues relating to fund structuring asset management and the distributions of investment funds, including investor tax reporting.
