Senior Consultant in VAT Compliance

Your key responsibilities
In your new role as Senior Consultant in VAT Compliance, you will be responsible for…
- Supporting a selection of clients where you act as the assistant VAT controller for VAT/GST compliance
- Acting as a point of contact and liaising with overseas clients and colleagues to advise on European VAT compliance
- Assessing and approving the quality of indirect tax data and reports and returns
- Updating systems and processes in accordance with any legislative and business changes
- Supporting the development team in understanding requirements laid out in the user stories and escalating in case issues exceed previously defined scope

Requirements
We are keen to hear from individuals with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in an EMEIA VAT compliance environment. You will be a strong team player, with project management capabilities and a focus on problem resolution, along with solid communication skills. You will require fluency in both English and in German to secure this role.
