Senior Tax Manager - 12 Month FTC

The Consultancy Group are partnered with an IT company looking to bring in a Tax Senior Manager for 12 months to cover maternity leave, to work on the Compliance and Reporting work within the tax team. The successful candidate can work out of the London or Manchester or Newcastle office, 2 days per week in office, 3 days from home.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the Group's UK & global monthly, interim and year-end tax reporting; review of tax forecasting calculations and country financial statements.
* Oversee the preparation of the Group's UK and Spanish R&D tax credit claims in accordance with the global framework - supported by senior tax analyst and in conjunction with global outsourced provider.
* Manage and oversee the annual cycle of the Group's UK & global corporate tax compliance (ex US) ensuring timely and accurate information, including tax returns, tax payments, CFC review etc.
* Manage the Senior Accounting Officer process and support the Group's tax risk management activities.
* Oversee the global tax compliance provider and ensure delivery of tax KPI's.

Ideal Candidate:

* ACA/ACCA or CTA Qualified.
* Immediately available or short notice period.
* Right to work in the UK.
* 4+ years tax experience.
* Experience focusing on tax compliance and reporting.
