Our client is the market leader in its field and expanding its tax team in search of an EMEA Tax Manager. This tax job is paying up to £80,000 plus 15% bonus.
This incredibly exciting tax opportunity is a mix of advisory and compliance work as you will be supported by a sizeable finance function. You will liaise with the local tax teams across the EMEA region and some of your responsibilities will include:
* Preparation and review of corporate tax computations, transfer pricing, Country By Country Reporting, hybrids and diverted profit tax reports.
* Partner and advise senior leaders (up to SVP).
* Plan and implement strategic projects involving BEPS/Pillar 2.
* Manage reorganisations, legal entity rationalisation and partnering with lawyers and other external advisors.
This is an excellent step up from a Big 4/Top 10 firm or from an international in-house tax accountant role. Ideally, you will be ACA or CTA qualified with UK and EMEA tax experience and an understanding of US GAAP.
Unfortunately, this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
In return, you will receive up to £80,000 salary plus a 15% performance-based bonus and other benefits. The team work on a very flexible basis and on average travel into the Slough office 1-2 days a week.
