Corporate Tax Lawyer - Senior Associate

This is a London based role but offers hybrid working and the successful candidate will be able to work 2-3 days a week from home.

Working closely with the Partners, you will be advising UK and international clients on UK and cross boarder transactions, private equity acquisitions and exits, corporate reorganisations and restructurings.

The ideal candidate will be a tax lawyer who has specialised in tax within the profession for at least the last three years and has advised on a broad range of corporate tax issues.
