This Big 4 firm is a global pioneer in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services offered to a broad range of clients from FTSE 100 to mid-market. Within tax, our client is particularly well regarded for their transaction advisory work, and they are looking to build up their M&A team at the more junior level and have roles at Senior Associate and Assistant Manager level.
The team is based nationwide, predominantly in London but there are roles open in a number of locations across the UK. As a Corporate M&A Tax Senior Associate or Assistant Manager, you will focus on delivering high quality transaction tax advice. Your responsibilities will extend to building and maintaining relationships with clients, tax structuring, funds flows and SPA reviews and financing. If you have an interest in international aspects of tax this is the role for you as there is cross-border work involved.
To be considered for this position you should be ATT/ACA/ACCA or CTA newly qualified or close to qualifying. Previous M&A experience is not necessary but a background in UK Corporate Tax would be ideal. You must have strong tax technical skills to be successful in this role. They are looking for resilient and ambitious candidates who want a progressive career at their "world class" firm.
