Leading Tax Advisory Business seeking to recruit Tax Trainees to join their team and work in their fast paced and busy Leicestershire offices and learn to become tax advisors of the future.

Your new role
Working with a knowledgeable team of tax professionals, you will support the team whilst learning and shadowing experienced colleagues with gradual progression towards speaking to clients when you have gained the right level of knowledge through study and training. Alongside your day to day work, you will undertake professional tax qualifications with full study support through a recognised provider. You will be given dedicated training time with support from Managers and mentors. This is a 3 year training programme with structured progression and the opportunity to become a Tax Advisor giving guidance to clients on a wide range of tax matters.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must possess a strong academic background - ideally with an Accountancy and Finance degree. You may have gained prior experience within a UK Accountancy practice and will be keen to pursue a career in tax. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
