Your new company
Employment Tax Manager/Senior Manager required by Midlands Leading Tax Firm to join their rapidly growing Reward & Employment Division. This Team provide consulting services, technical advice and analysis on all aspects of workforce consulting, including employer compliance, employer tax risk management, employment status and IR35, pay governance, performance and reward and equity taxes. Their clients are a mix of large and complex employers across all industries in both private and public sectors, supporting clients on their employment tax risks.
Your new role
As this Firm's Employment Tax Manager/Senior Manager you will be working as part of their regional and multi-disciplined team, advising clients on all aspects of their pay practices and tax and national insurance treatment of cash or share based remuneration, employee benefits and expenses and employer controls and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
This Firm is looking for an ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) experienced Tax Manager with strong communication skills, excellent analytical skills and strong IT skills - this Firm is focussed on the delivery of IT solutions to support their clients' needs.
