Your new company
The client is a leading firm of trusted accountants and business advisors specialising in a full range of services such as audit, accountancy, tax, and advisory services. The award-winning firm is now looking to expand their employment tax offering further and add more specialists into their already established team.
Your new role
You will join an employment tax team made up of combined tax knowledge and years of experience. Within your new team, you will be working with some ambitious clients of various sizes in order to advise them across all aspects of employment tax compliance issues as well as supporting them with HMRC inspections and advising on salary sacrifice arrangements. While building strong and long-lasting relationships with your clients, you will also be supporting the Head of Employment Tax on potential risks, and review work prepared by the junior members of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role, you will have both the knowledge and practical application in assisting clients in all areas of employment tax including: treatment of expenses and reporting of benefits, practical operation of CIS and implementing and advising on salary sacrifice arrangements. You will also multitask well and be able to manage your time effectively.
