Corporate Tax Senior Associate

One of our global clients is looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Associate to join their leading Private Business and Private Client team. The firm are looking to expand the team by recruiting for their South based offices in London, Cambridge, Southampton, Reading and Watford.

This team advises privately owned companies and wealthy individuals/families/businesses on managing their tax affairs in the UK and abroad. Furthermore, this collaborative team is full of people who enjoy what they do and have an aptitude for tax and problem solving. At the Senior Associate level you will work closely with senior members of staff to develop new client relationships and maintain current ones. In addition, you must be up to date with relevant domestic and international tax knowledge to be able to advise clients and internal stakeholders on the latest tax issues.

They are looking for people who have Private Business or Private Client experience as well as those who are interested in Deals tax, Real Estate tax and International tax; previous experience in these areas is not a pre-requisite but this role will give you the opportunity to work with clients in these sectors, if they are of interest. You must also be able to maintain and grow long-term relationships and be experienced with complex tax issues. The Senior Associate must also be tax qualified or waiting for their results to be successful.
