A leading US firm is looking to appoint an EMEA Head of Tax. Based in London, and reporting to the Global Head of Tax, this role will take ownership for all areas of tax across multiple jurisdictions. Managing a small team, you will lead on process improvements across the business, ensuring that processes and procedures are robust and the relationship with a Big 4 outsource provider is providing value for money. Further, you will play a leading role across international tax and advisory issues, exploring entry to new markets and M&A. You will also ensure Indirect Tax and Transfer Pricing requirements are fully met, and that staffing levels are appropriate. The ideal candidate will be ACA and/or CTA qualified, with experience in the Big 4. You will have industry experience, be an able communicator who can distil complex tax information for non-tax professionals. You will be rewarded with a market leading salary of £160,000, as well as exceptional bonus and benefits.
