Your new role
* Having corporate tax experience would be expected to get involved in broader OMB type issues.
* Element of corporate tax compliance work for the firm's larger and more complex clients
* Working on advisory projects such as succession planning for businesses, R&D, sales and acquisitions, group reorganisations, capital allowances planning, share schemes and share valuations
* Shadow the Head of Tax at client meetings and assist with the preparation of technical presentations and marketing material.
What you'll need to succeed
* Fantastic opportunity for someone who wants more exposure to advisory work.
* Ideally will be recently ACA/CTA qualified although the firm is also happy to see part qualified. candidates who are enthusiastic about working in this area of tax
* Minimum of 4 years' corporate tax experience
* Will consider candidates from HMRC
