Corporate Tax Manager/ AM - Warwickshire - independent firm with a strong tax practice

An entrepreneurial business who are growing rapidly, this independent firm provides a wide range of compliance and advisory services to their clients. They have a particularly strong tax practice so if successful, you will join a business which has the scope for you to develop your career as the firm grows.


Your new role
The role will depend on your level / experience but ultimately it will be advising clients on all corporate tax related matters. With a client base which is predominantly owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients, you will be proactive in advising your clients and providing an excellent service This role will have breadth and variety both from the client portfolio as well as the role itself as you will have exposure to mainstream advisory projects as well as R&D, capital allowances, M&A, restructuring and profit extraction etc.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be professionally qualified - ideally CTA qualified, however ACA/ACCA/ATT qualifications will also be considered. You must possess demonstrable UK corporate tax experience, ideally from an advisory background. Those with a compliance focus wanting to make the move in to advisory will still be considered.
