Part-Time Senior Tax Manager, Greenfield Role (Remote option)

An exciting Part-Time (3 days) Senior Tax Manager role has come to the market for a fast paced, acquisitive group who are recruiting for their first In-House Tax Professional. The Group has ambitious growth plans and as they increase in size and complexity, the need has arisen for a dedicated tax resource to manage and lead across all areas of tax.

Specific responsibilities will include:

* Design and put in place a tax strategy, ensuring the Group is fully compliant and their tax position is optimised.
* Partner with the business and advise on transactions, growth opportunities, restructuring and entity rationalisation
* Work with the external tax advisors to ensure the outsourced compliance process is working effectively and ensure monthly tax filing are submitted

The successful candidate will have strong UK tax experience in corporate tax and preferably have had some exposure across VAT, R&D and employment tax issues. You will have been operating at Senior Manager level in an in-house environment where you will have been required to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders. The client is extremely flexible, and whilst their preference would be to have someone coming to their Central London office each week, they can accommodate a largely home-based role.
