A unique position has arisen for you to be a part of an organisation that is on the brink of transforming it's business. Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will be responsible for managing the group's UK and international employment tax affairs both from an advisory and compliance perspective.
This role is truly varied - you will be working with the remuneration committee to look at the organisation's share plans and implementing/rationalising benefits, as well as dealing with remote worker issues and providing regular oversight to the payroll team and employment tax compliance processes. There are a number of strategic projects that you will play a key role in including IPO planning and acquisitions.
To succeed, you will have significant experience dealing with employee share schemes as well as knowledge within global mobility and employment tax. It is expected that you will be keen to work in a fast-paced environment, thrive on getting involved in a variety of different things and have the ability to make things happen. You will be interfacing with senior stakeholders within the business so confidence and gravitas in those situations will be required.
