Head of International Tax, London (Hybrid)

An opportunity to lead the International (Direct) Tax team has arisen within a global tech group with an outstanding growth record, making it a well-recognised name within the sector. The role will lead the Direct tax team and will therefore have oversight over Compliance & Reporting, Transfer Pricing and all International Tax issues across their territories outside the US. Employment Tax will also fall within your remit. The team you lead will involve 3 direct reports (and one dotted line). Responsibilities for your role will include:

* Ownership over Group Tax Reporting process including the tax risk framework.
* Oversight over the Group's expansion into new territories or product lines, taking a commercial approach and partnering with the business
* Oversee Group Transfer Pricing function
* Work closely with the Head of Indirect tax team so ensure the Group Tax team is managed, mentored and positioned well within the business

You will be a Tax Qualified Professional operating at Director level with experience in a leadership role in a multi territory business.
