Transaction Tax Director

One of our clients is looking for a corporate tax specialist who has had exposure to private equity houses and acquisitive corporates and is looking for a step up in to a purely advisory tax transactions role.

The successful candidate will work with a team of transaction tax specialists who are at the top of their game and will lead on a range of tax structuring assignments. Moreover, you will work with other areas of the business including specialists from VAT and employment taxes and you will learn from people who are leaders in their field.

To apply, you must be technically strong, commercially minded and passionate about Transaction Tax. You will be pivotal within this supportive, industry-wide recognised team which offers a very strong platform from which to grow your own personal brand. This role offers a clear progression route to lead the team.

To apply, you must have:

* A proven ability to deliver on tax due diligence and structuring projects
* Up to date, in depth knowledge of taxation and the ability to deal with complex issues arising from transactions
* The CTA / ACA qualification (or a tax legal qualification and a background in transactions tax
