M&A Tax Senior Manager, Media Company, to £95k + bonus

One of the largest international media companies is searching for an M&A Tax Senior Manager based in central London. This tax job is paying up to £95,000 base.

As the M&A Tax Senior Manager, you will report directly to the International Tax Director in this well-established team. You will advise on M&A transactions for the Group which vary in size and complexity, post-acquisition tax integration reviews, and ensuring targets are integrated into the business. Another key aspect of this role is building relationships with local CFOs in multiple territories where the business operates.

To be considered for this position, the successful candidate should be ACA or CTA qualified with extensive M&A tax experience ideally from both Big 4 and industry. Excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate and liaise with key stakeholders are essential.

Unfortunately, this role will not offer visa sponsorship.

This opportunity will pay up to £95,000 base plus 10% bonus. You will be supported by an excellent team, gain exposure to the broader finance function, and the ability to see your work implemented in the business. The team follow a hybrid working pattern of 2-3 days in the office.
