As an M&A Tax Assistant Manager, you will focus on delivering high quality transaction tax advice. The team is supported by a strong EMEIA and global M&A network and are exposed to a wide variety of clients from corporate giants to mid-market entities to small FinTech start-ups. Your responsibilities will extend to leading a team of tax professionals and assist in developing their skills.

To be considered for this position you should be ACA or CTA qualified with significant UK M&A experience.
