Big Four Associate Director to Director - Tax Transformation

Our Big 4 client recognises that tax businesses are facing unique challenges with the constant advancement of technology, tax digitisation and the need to be more innovative. To service the evolving needs of its clients, our client is running a concentrated tax transformation programme to leverage technology and people delivery model options and this programme needs a strong, hands on Director to lead and deliver.

The role will require an individual to lead and manage the UK Tax Transformation team, working closely with key senior stakeholders in the business and externally. Ideally you will have worked at a senior level within a corporate or tax technology team within a large practice and have experience of managing a busy, results driven client facing tax team.

Responsibilities include but are not exclusively:

Leading and directing the team through significant change, setting direction and advising on the most appropriate response

Relationship developing both internally and externally

Reporting to governance bodies

Managing a diverse team with an inclusive team culture
