Corporate Tax Manager - Sports Industry

A really exciting opportunity to join a leading business in the Sports industry as a Corporate Tax Manager. The role will focus on the Group's global operations and will report into the Global Head of Tax, managing the tax compliance. You will be part of a four-person tax team, with a significant level of interaction with the finance team members in the wider group as well as external service providers.

Key responsibilities include:

* Doing advisory work, including in relation to group rationalisations, WHT optimisation, RDEC and transfer pricing modifications.
* Managing the UK and international tax compliance and tax payment processes.
* Preparation of quarterly tax provision calculations and cash flow forecasts.
* Managing year end group tax provisioning.
* Assisting with transfer pricing matters.
* Managing relationships with tax advisors.
* Overseeing international tax audits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and key UK and international corporate tax principles and will have at least four to five years of tax experience, ideally with a top-tier accounting firm and/or large multinational company with good exposure to international tax matters. You will also be a proactive self-starter who is a quick learner, fast on your feet, possess a can-do attitude and is able to work independently and take ownership of projects and processes.
