Senior Tax and Accounting Manager (reporting to CEO), London, to £80k + bens

Due to high growth, a boutique professional services firm is recruiting a Senior Tax and Accounting Manager reporting to the CEO.

This role will be leading the Tax and Accounting services function. This is a hands-on role, and you will be leading all aspects of Tax and Accounting compliance. This management role will have day to day communication with clients, managing their expectations and organising the work and development of the team in the UK and abroad. This role will be challenging and is ideal for someone looking for real hands-on experience. The focus will be to help manage the firm’s Tax (Corporation, VAT and Personal) and Accounting Compliance.

The company are privately owned and are in the significant stages of growth. Based in London with a growing client base of multi sector SME businesses as well as International High Net Worth individuals. The company provides high quality tax, corporate administration, fiduciary, trustee, and accountancy services. This business is the UK arm of a multimillion Euro turnover European based Firm which has a Global Client base.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA) who can demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; understand the scope of a fast-growing business; ideally managed and developed a team. Naturally, you will be highly organised, and possesses excellent attention to detail, advanced skills in Excel and be technically excellent. This an exciting proposition which will allow you to make a real impact.

This is an excellent opportunity which will be based in Central London (Oxford Circus) however, the business is adopting a hybrid approach to working. This role is paying a strong basic salary of up to £80,000 plus benefits.
