Senior Tax Manager - Private Equity

Integral Search have partnered with the UK’s market leading Financial Investor team who are seeking to hire a Senior Manager within their tax team which over the past 9 months has grown by 15%.

This position offers an opportunity to be involved in a variation of exciting projects and the chance to work with large private equity firms. This role will offer a real commercial focus allowing the right candidate the opportunity to work with the biggest European and US private equity houses.

Potential candidates need to come from one of the following backgrounds:
- Extensive experience within Employment tax
- Strong transactions experience
- Currently advising OMB’s in a smaller firm but has strong general tax knowledge
- Fantastic chance for a candidate working in a top 50 firm on OMB’s to take a step up to go right into working within private equity.

The ideal candidate skillset:
- A strong desire to work with the largest clients on high profile transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you will face technical challenges
- Able to manage multiple projects at once
- Ambitious and wanting to progress
- High level experience of working on transactions within due diligence and structuring
