This business is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to focus on supporting related party transactions to support an area of growing business Their transfer pricing group deals with all aspects of the company's global inter-company arrangements. Your responsibilities include: ·

Developing, executing and maintaining the company's inter-company transfer pricing policies; · Driving and delivering significant projects that result from expansions into new markets or products or to ensure compliance with legislative changes; · Performing and supporting valuations of intangible assets; · Assisting with tax audits and APAs; · Collecting and analyzing relevant data & information and providing appropriate recommendations; · Reviewing transfer pricing documentation reports; · Analyzing business and planning strategies to identify areas requiring support; · Supporting M&A integration; · Directly liaising and partnering with various business teams and with other members of the global tax department at all levels of the organization; · Working with the broader transfer pricing team to ensure consistency and driving process simplification; and · Managing & working with outside advisers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree required, in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
· Proven track record of applying & implementing International Transfer Pricing Laws and Regulations
· Advanced communication (written and verbal) skills in English
· Public accounting, consulting and/or multinational corporation experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong application of accounting and economic concepts and proven track record of delivery of significant projects
· Being comfortable with IT systems in order to extract, analyze, and review data and make appropriate recommendations
· Some experience with valuations of intangible assets preferred
· Quick learner with a positive ''can do'' attitude and solid professionalism
· Work effectively in a diverse team environment and partner well with people at all levels within an organization
· Able to work in a fast paced, informal, often ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment
