US Senior Tax Manager, FTSE 100

A FTSE100 company is seeking a US Senior Tax Manager from a Big4/Top Tier firm to join their rapidly growing in-house tax team. With operations spanning world wide, this role will offer fantastic exposure to the US. The team has an established infrastructure , creating the opportunity for internal promotion.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the American tax team, which covers the activities in the US and Canada.
- Manage the relationship with the external advisor
- Manage all taxes including corporation tax, employment taxes and customs duty;
- Develop and deliver an International Tax strategy in conjunction with the Board;
- Quarterly reporting to the Audit Committee on tax issues;
- Manage tax risks and exposures so that these are detected, reported and remedied in a timely manner;
- Identify opportunities to obtain tax reliefs and ensure tax efficiencies;
- Work with Senior Finance Team to embed good governance (including SAO processes);
- Ensure a robust tax control framework by maintaining and improving tax processes, procedures and controls
