US Tax Lead - Global Private Equity Fund - Florida

Integral Search are currently partnered with a globally established Private Equity fund on a newly created US Tax Lead opportunity within Florida.

This is the first tax hire for the US business of the fund and as such will be a key role in setting and managing the tax function for the entity, working directly with the global leadership team both in tax and operationally in Europe.

As a senior advisor to the business, you will be tasked with managing both key tax advisory and compliance projects for the region, with additional exposure and input in international projects where required. Notable areas of coverage for the US Tax Lead will include:

- Fund structuring, Carried Interest and co-investment strategy
- Tax compliance and fund reporting management
- State and local tax management for US tax filing
- Post-deal tax advisory projects both in the US and internationally

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both tax compliance and advisory work within a public accounting firm, a law firm or within an in-house tax function.
