Corporate Tax Manager - Top 10 Firm

A new opportunity has arisen at Manager level for one of the fastest growing practice firms in the UK.

My client provides a wide range of tax and consulting services to a broad range of companies from multinational groups to owner managed businesses.

This role will provide tax compliance and advisory services for a wide range portfolio of clients. This role requires someone with excellent relationship management skills who will keep clients and Partners informed along the way.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of complex advisory and compliance cases
* Provide sound technical advice
* Get involved with international tax matters, R&D tax credits and be aware of other areas of tax
* Carry out appraisals and manage junior staff
* Meeting KPIs for billing and recovery targets
* Active involvement in building client relationships and seeking out new business opportunities

Essentials:

* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CA) and/or tax advisor (CTA) or qualified by experience
* Extensive corporate tax experience gained within practice or industry
* Strong technical advisory experience
* Experience managing people and clients
* Previous business development work
