Enjoy varied tax duties? Enjoy tax technology? If you answer yes then apply for this interim tax project focused Tax Manager position.
Reporting to the Head of Tax and working with a team who have a "can do" attitude, this role will support the tax function as a whole. There will be routine duties in corporate tax compliance, VAT return preparation and submission and other tax accounting related duties; but there will also be project work in terms of IT and system development and providing tax advice to the business on new projects.
Throughout covid, this business has performed exceptionally well which has resulted in new projects and opportunities for the tax team to be involved in.
As this role is UK based, it is essential to be in the UK, and it is an advantage to have corporate tax and VAT experience, although just corporate tax is sufficient. Having an interest in technology and looking at ways of improving processes is a real advantage.
