Predominantly an advisory based role, you will be working with leading clients in the industry across banking, insurance and asset management advising a portfolio of UK and international clients on the growth areas of BEPs, Brexit and Structural Reform, alongside supporting the wider business with complex tax issues relating to financial services.
The team have a high commercial awareness, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams, whilst delivering on a wide range of projects. Through these relationships you will identify leads for new work and being up to date with FS/banking tax issues, have consideration of the impact these changes have on clients.
In addition you will be a key point of contact, working with senior team members and coaching and developing junior staff.
The successful candidate will be a UK corporate tax trained individual looking to be part of a high preforming team working with leading clients in financial services.
Requirements:
* CTA and/or ACA qualified (and/or equivalent legal/HMRC/international qualification)
* Solid UK corporate tax experience
* Experience in insurance, banking or investment management would be useful but not required.
