Project Tax Accountant - 7 months contract - work from home

Interesting and diversified Tax Accountant position focusing on different tax projects, requires an immediately available Assistant Tax Manager/Tax Accountant for a 7 months contract.

Working from home, this company will provide all the relevant IT equipment and set up for you to work effectively. Reporting to the Head of Tax, the duties are varied and international, providing constant interest and also allowing to work across a breadth of taxes and tax issues.

Duties will include:

* Working on system changes, process improvements, restructuring, acquisitions and disposals.
* Preparing tax accounting analysis.
* Corporate tax compliance and VAT return preparation as and when required (and fully supported by the team).
* Liaising with advisors and overseas finance teams.

This role will suit someone who has a corporate tax or mixed tax background, who is looking to have exposure across the different tax issues a large corporate faces. The international aspect will broaden the scope of the tax areas to be taken onboard.
