One of our Big 4 clients has an urgent need for Senior Manager level corporate tax advisory specialists to join their multidisciplinary private company advisory team.
This team has built strong relationships with some of the most influential privately owned businesses from fast-growing entrepreneurial organisations to the largest privately owned multinational groups.
The ideal candidates for this role will currently be working in a corporate tax role either in a law or accountancy firm and be ACA or CTA qualified and have an interest in working with private businesses.
If successful, you will have responsibility for providing technical advice across a wide range of projects including international expansion, acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, and shareholder exits. Whilst the core role is corporate tax based, it will help if you have knowledge of key issues across other taxes and be commercially minded in dealings with clients. You must be able to demonstrate you are a team player and have experience of managing more junior staff.
Our client is recognised as one of the most flexible of the larger professional services firms and even post lockdown, this role can be performed predominantly from home. Moreover, should you wish, you can work flexible hours or part time.
