The role:

The Tax Director is a key hire for the practice and has become available due to continued success which is particularly notable in Menzies Woking branch. The Director will have the support of the firms Senior Partner and sister offices whilst assisted by a stable tax team. He/she will be responsible for firstly enhancing their Tax division through identifying and maximise opportunities in the current portfolio and secondly, developing new client relationships though networking and strategic business development. The portfolio will consist of Owner Managed Business of high net worth.

Requirements:

The chosen candidate will have at least 5 years PQE and experience of working with entrepreneurs across a range of tax disciplines. He/she will also have team management experience and will be able to demonstrate a commercial understating of the tax market with a particular emphasis on owner managed businesses of high net worth. The appointed candidate will therefore be operating as a Senior Tax Manager looking for the next step or a Tax Director who would like to take control of a highly regarded and successful division. A Partner hire will also be considered depending on experience.
