Integral are delighted to partner with a brand who comes armed with a market leading specialism & expertise in distressed restructuring and insolvency & are looking to expand their tax M&A team to support their strategic growth plans.
You will be joining an advisory firm at the starting point in its UK & EU expansion and will join a well- known and market leading team in this space.
This team has the reputation, connections & pipeline of work to offer the person joining the opportunity to work on the UK biggest restructuring and insolvency projects available. This is an opportune time to gain this particular technical experience and develop and learn from the best in the market.
The ideal person will have previous experience in performing tax due diligence & structuring experience from either a Corporate Tax or Indirect Tax lens and now would like to utilize this experience in restructuring projects.
For this role, UK tax deal experience is a must as the current flow of work has a heavy UK slant due to impact from Covid. As expected, the team are sector agnostic but are aiding business restructuring across Retail & Hospitality, Property, Oil & Gas to name a few.
This role required a person to rapidly assimilating detailed information, be conscious to the tax implications beyond Indirect Tax and liaise accordingly with tax specialists in other areas, be capable of drafting detailed transaction steps plans whilst structuring tax advice from other jurisdictions
This role requires an exceptional communicator as you will be working alongside the restructuring teams and working with key stakeholders in the restructuring i.e. lenders and Law Firms etc.
