Tax Senior Manager - Insurance

A market Leading Insurance Tax team is sourcing for an ACA/CTA or equivalent to join the group as an Senior Manager.

Coming in at this senior level you will develop relationships with your clients, actively contribute to the eminence the team by building close and collegiate working style to benefit the client on all relevant tax affairs. If a person has had experience with Insurance clients then excellent but the team feel confident a person who has advised any large Corporate, will fit in seamlessly with the team.

Due to the nature of the group you can specialize technically or cover a broad range of issues depending on your interest. Equally the team are open of the technical background of the individual.

You will cover M&A transactions which is particularly busy in the current market, Cross-border re-organisations and other restructuring work, offer advice on complex areas of tax law whilst help the outsourced team's on reviewing complex compliance & reporting and on occasion tax audit oversight.

This role is also excellent for an individual who has come to a natural ceiling in an in-house team and would like now to access very interesting advisory projects.
