Senior Transfer Pricing Director - FinTech, Lake Mary, Florida

This is an exclusive role at a leading multinational FinTech business which is currently looking to strengthen their global tax team and hire a Senior Transfer Pricing Director in Lake Mary. You will lead the Transfer Pricing strategy for the complex and geographically diverse business.

You will play in developing a strong strategy and structure for transfer pricing across the group, working across 50+ jurisdictions, transforming legacy policies and improving efficiencies, working across a number of international business units and the international tax team. You will keep up to date on the transfer pricing changes globally and be the key point of contact internally, as well as representing the group externally with government and tax authority negotiations.

You must:
- Be CPA qualified or Tax Lawyer
- Have strong Transfer Pricing experience within a complex multinational group
- Ability to influence and drive transformations
- Have strong communication and presentation skills
- Have strong relationship management skills
