Tax technology role within a leading Fortune 500 organisation.
Our client is a well recognised Fortune 500 ecommerce organization, with a fast growing Indirect Tax team and Indirect Tax Technology team. The role will be within Indirect Tax working with data and technology to power Indirect Tax
The role
* Work with other Tax and Technology teams across different regions - implement processes that are scaleable
* Data research and analysis - large financial data sets
* Resolve any data quality issues
* Define business requirements for technical development - analyze data sets
About you
In order to succeed in this challenging role, it is expected that you will have:
* Previous experience with SQL queries in a basic editor
* Experience with QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI or similar platform
* Ability to look into, review and report back on business requirements
* Previous data investigation experience, pulling data from various sources
* VAT/GST knowledge
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to explain complex data and/or technical concepts to a variety of people
* Creative and positive
* Ability to work well in a team
6 months possibly longer - £300 PAYE day rate- London
