This is an opportunity to implement internal process improvements by working with & understanding the company's complex businesses; perform a high level of review of externally prepared UK CT computations & work on key, HQ level, UK group tax advisory projects.

You need to have a strong UK Corporate Tax compliance management background. UK tax advisory skills are also welcome. You also need to be willing to 'roll your sleeves up' in the early months whilst you assess how to make the UK CT processes work as well as they possibly can & what will follow after that will be many opportunities to take on hugely interesting & complex tax projects and the opportunity to progress in UK Corporate Tax, in other parts of the Tax team or in other parts of the organisation. This Tax function is led by a highly commercial, creative & innovative Tax Leader who likes to give team members many opportunities to grow.

This can be a first in-house move for a Tax Manager or the chance for someone already working in a complex corporate to bring what they have learned to this role.
