Working as part of the Compensation team, reporting into the Head of Global Mobility, this is a newly created role that will see you take responsibility for end to end assignments. You will be involved in the international income tax and cross border compensation aspects of Global Mobility ensuring tax and social security compliance relating to international assignments, transfers, cross-border employees, remote and business travellers. Whilst assignee numbers aren't huge, they are all complex. To succeed in this position, you will have a solid grounding in expatriate tax issues gained in the profession as well as some in-house experience either via a secondment or permanent move.
