M&A Corporate Tax Manager

This leading UK accountancy firm is looking to grow it's corporate tax team in central London. These well-regarded advisers are part of one of the largest international referral networks and the firm primarily works with owner managed businesses. Things are looking positive and they are excited about 2021. During the last 12 months they have been increasingly winning and delivering work within all areas of transactional work and for that reason they are eager to continue growing.

As an M&A Tax Manager you will work on a broad range of UK transactional tax, both advisory and due diligence in focus. The role will very much be developed around the right individual as the team looks for people who are interested in developing their long term career aspirations. With this in mind, this team is keen to see those who have had some transactional experience, whether it be advisory or due diligence focussed.

For this role you will be either CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified and have experience working within transactional tax.
