Transfer Pricing Director - Mid market consultancy

One of our niche consultancy clients is looking for a Transfer Pricing Director. This is a client facing role where you will be one of the pivotal team members, working on building the team and strategy going forward.

As a trusted adviser, you will join a diverse transfer pricing, transaction and treasury tax specialists performing vital consultancy assignments for the firms' leading clients. Never a dull day on this job, you will consistently be challenged toward a clear career progression in a stimulating tax consultancy. Using your solid transfer pricing and UK corporate tax experience, your duties will include:

* Advising top tier companies in strategic cross border tax advice,
* Managing corporate transaction, tax accounting and audit support work,
* Technically exercising judgement and commercial acumen when performing due diligence, sales/IPO structuring and tax planning.

To apply, you must be CTA and / or ACA qualified and have at least four years of post-qualified experience in a UK corporate tax or transfer pricing environment. Candidates from an in house background will be considered.
