Tax Partner - Fund Structuring
A leading advisory firm, is going through unprecedented growth and expansion and has had a incredibly successful 2020 (irrespective of Covid)
On that basis, they are looking to hire a Fund Structuring Tax Partner for 2021. They have a very strong Transaction Services Practice with relationships with Top Private Equity houses across Europe. To mirror this, they are looking for a market maker in Tax who will work alongside this TS offering and M&A Tax colleagues to offer a full services to their key clients.
This role is for a confident market maker, ideally with an imbedded network already and with proven experience in helping these houses establish a new fund, raise new investment for an existing fund or ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
In addition, you will help design the optimal deal structure and how to effect transactions. You will support a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, financial restructurings, bolt on acquisitions and exit planning.
Also impact on carried interest/co investment schemes for executives experience would be advantageous.
