Tax Director PE Tax (M&A, Fund Structuring + Post deal)

A leading M&A Tax Private Equity team is currently sourcing for a high experienced Senior Manager or junior Director looking to make move in 2021.The firm in question is looking to make this strategic hire as they are looking capitalize on a resurging deal market post Brexit deal.
The team focuses on advising on tax in transactions, in particular to Private Equity clients within the mid market. The team provides clear, commercial tax advice on transactions allowing our clients to structure their tax affairs efficiently whilst mitigating potential pitfalls. You will be working with private equity firms and corporate clients, both UK owned and international.

At your level you naturally will be a highly experienced in delivering private equity backed transactions and assisting with tax management of portfolio businesses.
Knowledgeable in advising fund, sovereign and corporate clients on a wide range of domestic and international transactions across diverse industry sectors is highly advantageous.
You will be naturally proficient in tax due diligence and structuring aspects of buy-side and carve-out deals, divestments (including vendor due diligence), refinancing, IPOs and restructuring projects.

This role is ideal if you are now interested in providing intelligent and creative solutions to client tax issues both reactively and proactively and ideally would like a mix of M&A Tax, Fund Structuring and post deal work instead of specializing.
The team are very confident in their onboarding virtually on new employees and looks to make the transition into team, irrespective of Covid as seamless as possible!
