Transaction Tax Manager (M&A)

A leading M&A Tax Private Equity team is currently sourcing for a qualified ACA or equivalent, looking to make a move into M&A Tax. This is an excellent opportunity to capitalise on a resurging deal market post-Brexit deal.

The team focuses on advising on tax in transactions, in particular to Private Equity clients within the mid-market. The team provides clear, commercial tax advice on transactions allowing our clients to structure their tax affairs efficiently whilst mitigating potential pitfalls.

You will be working with private equity firms and corporate clients, both UK owned and international. Through this role you will gain experience in deal structuring (MBO and carve out), and due diligence work (sell-side and buy-side).

This role is ideal if you are now interested in providing intelligent and creative solutions to client tax issues both reactively and proactively and utilising your tax training to write high quality tax reports & professionally presented documents .This role is ideal for an individual who is UK tax trained and now wants to move out of core Corporate Tax compliance and general work into advisory.

The team are very confident in their onboarding virtually of new employees and looks to make the transition into team, irrespective of Covid as seamless as possible!
