UK Tax Manager, Bucks, to £75k + Car allowance, bonus and pension

A role has arisen in the tax team based in Buckinghamshire / Thames Valley of a well known global brand. Reporting to the Head of Tax, this is a broad role where you will work closely with the outsourced providers to manage the corporate tax compliance function for the UK & Ireland and take the lead on UK Group tax accounting and reporting requirements. You will partner with the UK business to add value and advise on international tax projects across in R&D, M&A transactions, transfer pricing, thin capitalisation and withholding taxes.

This is a broad and varied role in a small team where your role will stretch into other taxes, providing support and advice to the business on VAT issues. As such you will be a corporate tax specialist but ideally have an understanding or experience in a broader role.
