Tax Manager - Southampton

A well known Southampton based business is sourcing for a Qualified ACA/CTA to join its grown business during Covid Lock-down. The business is very confident in this business strategy & work flow hence this role is a high priority to hire hence their willingness to interview and on-board virtually as long as a person is comfortable in doing so.

The individual coming in will attain a broad portfolio of clients ranging from OMBs, high tech start up/ spin out companies up to large quoted multinationals. This role is pivotal position overseeing the trainees/Assistant Managers, managing work flow and client engagement whilst working with 3 incredibly experienced Partners in the South Region.

The role will give the new manager exposure to corporate tax for large and international groups including R&D tax relief, the corporate interest restriction, group restructuring, substantial shareholdings exemption, tax accounting, double tax treaties to name a few whilst also helping OMB clients with exit planning, remuneration planning and tax due diligence work.

The firm is incredibly happy to allow the manager to up skills on tax technical advisory whilst they manage a eager/driven team.
