In-house European Employment Tax Manager, London

An exciting opportunity exists for you to join this forward thinking organisation as it's European Employment Tax Manager. Reporting into the UK & Europe Head of Employment Taxes, you will join a team of 3 and take responsibility for UK and European employment tax issues.

As the subject matter expert for UK and European employment tax, you will provide advice and guidance to the business; carry out employment tax reviews to ensure compliance; support the Head of Employment Taxes in dealing with HMRC; manage employment tax compliance in the UK (namely, the annual PSA, STBV, share returns and P11d's), manage the STBV tax reporting process in Europe and be responsible for proactively identifying any potential areas of risk for the business.

The successful individual will ideally be ATT and/or CTA qualified with significant experience in employment tax either in the profession or elsewhere in-house. You will have dealt with compliance issues e.g. PSA and be adept in dealing with issues outside of the UK (knowledge of Germany and France as well as Poland, Turkey, Ireland and Sweden ideally).
